Where do the day trips depart from?

Our day trips depart from two convenient locations: Lake Sumter Landing Transportation Depot (1045 Old Mill Run) across from Cody's Roadhouse, and Brownwood, located behind Brownwood Hotel and The Center for Advanced Healthcare.

What do I need for check-in?

Accepted Answer

All you need for check-in is your name and the QR code you received at the time you purchased your ticket. You can either print the QR code off and have it ready for us, or show us the code from your phone. We will then scan your code and you'll be all set. Check-in is 10-15 minutes prior to trip departure from Lake Sumpter Landing and at time of departure from Brownwood. There are no walk-ups allowed. A reservation must be made in advance through our website.

What can I bring on the bus?

You are welcome to bring anything to help make you comfortable, but it needs to fit at your seat. For example, a sweater, ear buds, a small cooler or lunch box for snacks and drinks. For the comfort of all guests, we ask that you do not play phone or tablet audio without headphones. Please refrain from wearing heavy perfume or cologne.

What type of vehicle will we be traveling in?

The charter service we use has newer luxury, 56-passenger motor coaches. In the event we have a smaller group, we will take a smaller bus. All buses have restrooms on board.

What is included in the day trip packages?

Our day trip packages are all-inclusive and include round-trip transportation, bus driver tip, and a bottle of water. Guided tours, meals, and any additional inclusions are specific to the trip and will be stated on our website. If you feel your driver has done an excellent job, an additional tip is always appreciated.

We recommend booking your day trip as early as possible to secure your spot, especially during peak seasons, and popular events.

What if the trip is sold out that I want to go on?

Please join our wait-list here: (add a wait list). If enough people join a wait-list, a second bus or additional dates may be added.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

No refunds will be issued for Day Trips cancelled less than 14 business days prior to the trip date. If a cancellation is made after the deadline date, there will be no refund. All trips are transferable to another person. Customers are allowed to resell their tickets on their own or gift them to another person. Just call our office at 419-913-1339 and provide the name of the person who will use your ticket. Travel insurance is highly recommended. You can find information on how to purchase it on the website when purchasing your ticket. A 10% fee will be placed on ALL refunds. If a trip is cancelled by YC Entertainment, a full refund will be provided. Credit card refunds will be credited back to the card used for purchase. Please allow 10-14 days for processing.
