A: Arrive 15 minutes before departure at the Home Depot parking lot at 7368 Powell Rd. Wildwood, FL. Have your ID and QR code handy, either printed or on your phone. We’ll scan and verify, and you’re all set for a great adventure!

A: For a comfortable and considerate experience, bring a cozy sweater or jacket for cooler spots. A small, soft-sided cooler with your favorite snacks and drinks is recommended; ensure everything fits within your area. Use headphones or earbuds for personal music, and avoid strong perfumes and colognes to maintain a pleasant environment for others. These tips will help everyone have an enjoyable time.

There are no assigned seats for the bus.

A: At YC Entertainment, our day trip packages cover it all – round-trip transportation and the driver’s tip. You'll find details about guided tours, meals, and other extras on our website. The driver’s tip is already included, but if they do an awesome job, feel free to give a little extra.

You can book a day trip directly through our website. Simply browse our available trips, select your preferred trip, and follow the booking instructions.

We recommend booking your day trip as early as possible to secure your spot. All of our trips have limited capacity.

Please join our wait-list. If enough people join a wait-list, a second bus or additional dates may be added.

No refunds will be issued for Day Trips cancelled less than 14 business days prior to the trip date. If a cancellation is made after the deadline date, there will be no refund. All trips are transferable to another person. Customers are allowed to resell their tickets on their own or gift them to another person. Just call our office at 419-913-1339 and provide the name of the person who will use your ticket. Travel insurance is highly recommended. You can find information on how to purchase it on the website when purchasing your ticket. A 10% fee will be placed on ALL refunds. If a trip is cancelled by YC Entertainment, a full refund will be provided. Credit card refunds will be credited back to the card used for purchase. Please allow 10-14 days for processing.
